The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southern Concho County in west central Texas...

* Until 1115 AM CDT.
    
* At 1040 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Eden, or 20 miles north of Menard, moving
  northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Eden around 1050 AM CDT.
