Texas.

Thunderstorms, across much of the Big Country and the northern
Heartland, may produce large hail and damaging winds, mainly this
evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Afternoon highs well above seasonal normals look likely for
Wednesday and Thursday. The primary hazard is heat related
illness.

NORTHERN FISHER AND NORTHWESTERN THROCKMORTON COUNTIES UNTIL 1100 PM
CDT...

At 1018 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Lockett to near Vera to
Old Glory to 9 miles north of Hobbs. Movement was southeast at 25
mph.

Half inch hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Rule around 1045 PM CDT.
  Haskell around 1100 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Jud, Us-
380 Near The Haskell-Stonewall County Line, Us-277 Near The Haskell-
Knox County Line and Hitson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
