  was located near Raymondville, or 9 miles southeast of Houston,
  moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
