  was located over Gamaliel Landing, or 10 miles northeast of
  Mountain Home, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HOWELL COUNTY...
    
At 908 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Ott, or 16 miles southwest of West Plains, moving 
northeast at 30 mph. A funnel cloud was reported west of Bakersfield 
earlier with this storm.

HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
