  Northeastern Phelps County in east central Missouri...

* Until 915 PM CDT

* At 839 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
  tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located 8
  miles south of Rolla, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

At 848 PM CDT, a severe squall line capable of producing both
tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was located near
Rolla, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
