...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT WESTERN GREENUP AND
CARTER COUNTIES...

At 1051 AM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 7 miles southwest of Vanceburg to Gates.
Movement was east at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Grayson, Olive Hill, Grayson Lake State Park, Carter Caves State
Park, Load, Gesling, Letitia, Carter, Grahn, Hopewell, Brushart,
Willard, Hitchins, Warnock, Soldier and Globe.

This includes Interstate 64 in Kentucky between mile markers 149 and
174.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

LINCOLN AND NORTHWESTERN BOONE COUNTIES...

At 140 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Julian, or 9
miles north of Madison, moving east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Charleston, South Charleston, Chesapeake, Marmet, Belle, Alum Creek,
Julian, Coal Fork, Sod, Woodville, Ashford, Racine and Alkol.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 96 and 100.
 West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 82 and 95.
 Route 119 between mile markers 53 and 75, and near mile marker 79.
