of Upper Tract, or 16 miles northwest of Franklin, moving east at
10 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include...
Harman, Dryfork and Glady.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause elevated levels on
small creeks and streams, and ponding of water on country roads and
