VANCE AND NORTHERN GRANVILLE COUNTIES UNTIL 445 PM EDT...

At 349 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northeast of Roxboro, moving east at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Stovall, Bethel Hill, Tungsten, Mayo Reservoir, John H Kerr
Reservoir, Steele Creek Marina & Campground, Bullocksville and Kerr
Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
