  The Neshaminy Creek at Langhorne.
* until this afternoon or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 1:15 AM the creek level was 9.22 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The creek will continue rising to near 12.0 feet
  around daybreak. The creek level should fall back below flood
  stage late this morning.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet...Widespread flooding occurs on Bridle
  Drive in Middletown Township. The road becomes impassable.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
  11.9 feet on December 5, 1993.
