* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The creek is forecast to rise above flood stage by
  midnight, reaching 9.4 feet. The creek is expected to fall back
  below flood stage early on Sunday morning.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet, flood damage begins in the city of
  Chester, adjacent to the creek.
