THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

The Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of northern Delaware, northeast Maryland, New Jersey, 
  and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in 
  northern Delaware, New Castle. In northeast Maryland, Cecil. 
  In New Jersey, Atlantic, Atlantic Coastal Cape May, Camden, 
  Cape May, Coastal Atlantic, Coastal Ocean, Cumberland, Eastern 
  Monmouth, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, 
  Northwestern Burlington, Ocean, Salem, Somerset, Southeastern 
  Burlington, Sussex, Warren, and Western Monmouth. In southeast 
  Pennsylvania, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, 
  Lower Bucks, Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester, and 
  Western Montgomery. 

* From 10 AM EST this morning through late tonight

* Moderate to heavy rain will move through the watch area today
  into this evening. Areas within the watch received 3 to 4 
  inches of rain Saturday night into Sunday and area creeks, 
  streams, and rivers are all running high. Additional, heavy 
  rainfall may result in more flooding across the watch area. 

* Leaf clogged drains and coastal flooding could further 
  exacerbate flooding issues. River flooding may continue into 
  Tuesday, well after the heavy rain has ended.

  portions of northeast maryland, and northern Delaware. 

* Until 1 AM EST Tuesday

* Moderate to heavy rain will move through the watch area through
  this evening. A half inch to one and one-half inches are 
  expected. The rain will fall over the same areas that received

...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch for portions of northern Delaware, northeast
Maryland, New Jersey, and southeast Pennsylvania has been
cancelled.

The heavy rain has ended, therefore widespread roadway flooding 
is no longer expected. However, there are still some flood watches
and flood advisories in effect. Some of the larger and slower 
responding rivers will also continue to experience rises. Please 
continue to heed any road closures. If you encounter any flooded 
roads, turn around and don't drown!
