  Central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 703 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring, Laureldale,
  Wernersville, Spring Ridge, Shillington, West Reading, Mount Penn,
  Mohnton, Kenhorst, St. Lawrence, Wyomissing Hills, West Lawn,
  Reiffton, Whitfield, West Wyomissing, Flying Hills and Lorane.
