The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 458 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Two to three inches of rain has 
  fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas 
  of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Tobyhanna, Blakeslee, Pocono Pines, Gouldsboro State Park, Skytop,
  Arrowhead Lake and Stoddartsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

can do so safely.
