  Northeastern Venango County in northwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 445 PM EDT..

* At 411 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm having a history of producing 
  a tornado was located near Titusville, or 15 miles north of Oil 
  City, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Venango County, including the following locations...
  Pleasantville.
