Strong variable winds possible near storms. Winds will generally be from the E and SE but could shift for a brief period due to outflow boundaries. VFR ceilings expected with this TAF period. However, ceilings may be near MVFR in a few places. Will continue to monitor radar/obs and make any last minute changes before sending. && .PREV DISCUSSION... /issued 750 PM CDT Tue May 15 2018/ DISCUSSION... Models indicate that thunderstorms moving across the western and central TX panhandle will arrive into at least southwestern OK and adjacent parts of northern TX late this evening.
