.SYNOPSIS...
Multiple winter systems will bring waves of snow to the Inland NW.
Today's snow will decrease by early evening followed by breezy
winds. Another round of snow is expected by Saturday morning and
persist into Sunday with the potential of heavy mountain snow and
windy conditions. An Arctic front arrives by Sunday for more snow
showers and breezy conditions. Monday looks drier with very cold
and dry conditions persisting into the middle of next week.

.DISCUSSION...
Made minor changes to the forecast this morning. Northwest flow
aloft with a weak front pushing through the region with light
snow. Snow persists over the central Panhandle through the day,
giving way to better snow accumulations. Snow advisory for the
central Panhandle will continue. Breezy winds slowly evolving with
stronger gusts across southeast Washington and the Palouse.
Reports of blowing snow are possible across parts of the Palouse
before temperatures rise above freezing. Winds and snow diminish
early this evening and will see a lull before the next stronger
system arrives by Saturday morning. /rfox.

12Z TAFS: Light precipitation of predominantly snow will linger
over the KGEG-KCOE to KPUW through 01z with MVFR cigs, areas of
IFR conditions and wind gusts of 25-30kt. VFR conditions with
local gusts to 20kt will be found from KEAT to KMWH. KLWS will see
local gusts to 20kt with downsloping conditions and light showers
on the hills. Anticipate VFR conditions overnight briefly before
the next system arrive by 12z. This system will lower conditions
to MVFR to IFR with mainly -SN for the eastern TAF sites. Gusty
