...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 AM EST FOR SOUTHERN
LAKE AND NORTHWESTERN ORANGE COUNTIES...

At 833 AM EST, a squall line capable of producing brief tornadoes 
and straight line wind damage was located over Ferndale, moving 
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southern Lake and northwestern Orange Counties, including the
following locations... Minneola and Lake Apopka.

Other storms slightly farther south are showing signs of rotation.
Additional warnings are likely.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile
home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and
protect yourself from flying debris.

If a tornado or other severe weather is spotted, report it to the
National Weather Service or your local nearest law enforcement agency
who will send your report. This act may save lives of others in the
path of dangerous weather.

This cluster of thunderstorms is capable of producing tornadoes and
widespread significant wind damage. Do not wait to see or hear the
tornado. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest
floor of a building.

COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 845 AM EST...
    
The tornadic thunderstorm which prompted the warning has weakened 
for now, therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However 
gusty winds are still possible with the squall line that is moving 
through the area, and embedded storms could rapidly acquire 
rotation. Don't let your guard down today!

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM EST for east central
Florida.
