CENTRAL VOLUSIA COUNTY...
    
At 958 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 
was located near 5 miles southwest of Daytona International 
Speedway, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

Locations impacted include...
Port Orange, South Daytona, Daytona Beach Shores, Wilbur By The Sea.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This cluster of thunderstorms is capable of producing tornadoes and 
widespread significant wind damage. Do not wait to see or hear the 
tornado. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest 
floor of a building.

At 1016 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Port Orange, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. 
Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN VOLUSIA COUNTY WILL EXPIRE AT
1030 AM EDT...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore the warning will be allowed to expire.  However gusty 
winds and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm as it 
moves quickly eastward across the near shore Volusia county Atlantic 
waters.
