This hazardous weather outlook is for South Florida. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT Thunderstorms: Thunderstorms are forecast across all South Florida today, with the interior and Lake region having the highest chances for widespread coverage, especially in the afternoon and evening hours. The main hazards with any storms will be lightning and heavy rainfall. The strongest storms will be capable of producing gusty winds and hail. Waterspouts: Isolated waterspouts are possible across all South Florida waters today, especially with any boundary collisions that may occur. Wind: The strongest storms today will be capable of producing wind gusts in excess of 60 mph, particularly in the interior and Lake regions, although can not be ruled out for the coastal areas as well. Hail: The strongest storms today will be capable of producing hail up to the size of quarters, especially in the interior and Lake regions. Flooding: Slow moving and training storms will lead to the threat for flooding of streets and poor drainage areas. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are forecast each afternoon and evening through the upcoming weekend.
