.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Widespread showers, and a few thunderstorms, may result in
localized heavy rainfall tonight. However, the potential for flash
flooding is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Rain may change over to freezing rain or freezing drizzle Saturday
night into Sunday morning across portions of northeast Arkansas,
the Missouri Bootheel, and extreme northwest Tennessee. Another
round of light freezing rain or sleet is possible in this same
general area Sunday night. Minor ice accumulations are possible.

Localized heavy rainfall will be possible Saturday and Saturday
night, mainly south of Interstate 40. Total rainfall amounts may
exceed 2 inches in some areas but the potential for flash flooding
will be limited.
