Andrews County in western Texas... * Until 700 AM CDT. * At 357 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one and one half inch of rain has already fallen in the Andrews. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Andrews, Florey, Frankel City and Andrews County Airport. Additional rainfall amounts of one inch are possible in the warned area. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
