* At 1238 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to
four inches of rain have already fallen in the Coyanosa area and
along the Reeves and Pecos County line. Flooding and flash
flooding is likely underway.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Fort Stockton, Highway 285 near the Reeves and Pecos County line,
FM 1450 north of Coyanosa, Monahans, Grandfalls, Barstow, Pyote,
Wickett, Fort Stockton-Pecos County Airport, Toyah Lake, Coyanosa,
Imperial Reservoir, Royalty and Imperial.
Additional rainfall amounts of one inch are possible in the warned
area.

rain has fallen in the area and flooding and flash flooding is
likely occuring.
