WARD...EAST CENTRAL JEFF DAVIS AND WEST CENTRAL CRANE COUNTIES...

At 1104 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the warned area. Over three 
inches of rain have already fallen in the Coyanosa area. Flash 
flooding and flooding is expected.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Fort Stockton, Monahans, Grandfalls, Pyote, Wickett, Fort 
Stockton-Pecos County Airport, Coyanosa, Imperial Reservoir, 
Royalty, and Imperial.

Additional rainfall amounts of one half to one inch are possible in 
the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
