DISCUSSION: Rain and occasional thunderstorms will continue today into tonight. 1 to 2 inches of rain has already fallen since Monday in many areas, and additional amounts of 1 to locally 3 inches are possible through tonight. This will cause flooding, and significant sharp rises on most area rivers and creeks. A cold front will move across the area tonight, and rain may turn to freezing rain for a time behind the front, or may mix with sleet or snow briefly before ending. Some ice accumulation and glazing is possible overnight. Many area rivers will go into flood today or tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Wednesday...
