  Central Allen Parish in southwestern Louisiana...

* Until 230 AM CDT
    
* At 152 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Dry Creek, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Grant around 200 AM CDT. 
  Mittie around 205 AM CDT. 
  Oberlin around 220 AM CDT.

         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
central Allen Parish.
