Estill County in east central Kentucky...
* Until 830 PM EDT.
* At 526 PM EDT, emergency management reported ditches starting to
back up and debris flow reaching the roads in the area. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Irvine, Ravenna, Sandhill, Willow Tree, Rice Station, Kings
Station, Shade, Blackburn, Calloway Crossing, Wiseman Crossing
Station, Jinks and Winston.
Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the
warned area.
