At 215 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Bronson, or 7 miles west of Coldwater, moving east at 30 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm. This storm will be near... Coldwater around 230 PM EDT. Quincy around 245 PM EDT. Reading around 255 PM EDT. Litchfield around 300 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Batavia, South Butler, Girard, Long Lake, Marble Lake, Lake Of The Woods, Allen and Hodunk. This includes Interstate 69 in Michigan between mile markers 7 and 19. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
