The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Harper County in south central Kansas...
  Western Sumner County in south central Kansas...

* Until 945 PM CDT
    
* At 858 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 6 miles southwest of Argonia, or 12 miles east of
  Anthony, moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and hail up to two inches in diameter. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Argonia, Milan, Bluff City and Freeport.
