The National Weather Service in Goodland has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Kit Carson County in east central Colorado...

* Until 615 PM MDT
    
* At 550 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 4 miles north of Seibert, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and hail up to two inches in diameter. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Stratton, Seibert and Vona. 

This includes Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 402 and
419.

NORTHWESTERN KIT CARSON COUNTY...
    
At 559 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 8 miles north of Vona, or 9 miles northeast of Seibert,
moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and two inch hail. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

Locations impacted include...
Stratton, Seibert and Vona.
