Severe storms are not expected, but a few strong storms will be possible this afternoon. Strong downburst winds and heavy rain will be the main threat. Tonight, expect another round of storms to develop west of the region and potentially move into North and Central Texas. No severe storms are expected tonight, but heavy rain will be possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Thunderstorm potential will remain in the forecast through at least Tuesday of next week. Exact location of precipitation is difficult to predict at this time.
