At 1115 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Mother Neff State Park to 7 miles
northwest of Copperas Cove. Movement was east at 35 mph.

Nickel size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Copperas Cove, McGregor, Fort Hood, Bruceville-Eddy, Moody, Mother
Neff State Park and Oglesby.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT for
central Texas.
