This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
Thunderstorms will be possible across all of North and Central Texas
today, particularly during the afternoon hours. The bulk of the
activity will be focused along the I-20 corridor. The main hazards
with storms will be lightning and gusty winds, but due to their slow
movement, some flooding issues may arise. The activity will taper off
this evening with the loss of daytime heating.

Patchy fog may locally reduce visibilities to a mile or less south
and east of a Temple to Corsicana to Sulphur Springs line this
morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
Thunderstorm chances will continue Wednesday and Thursday. Lingering
chances Friday and Saturday will be confined to East Texas. Through
the period, the main thunderstorm hazards will be lightning and gusty
winds.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.

At 245 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
North Richland Hills, or over Hurst. This storm was nearly
stationary.

Pea size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Worth, Arlington, Euless, Bedford, Grapevine, Keller, Hurst,
Southlake, Watauga, Colleyville, Richland Hills, North Richland Hills
and Westlake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
