* At 1234 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying

SOUTHEASTERN DOOLY...SOUTHEASTERN SUMTER AND CRISP COUNTIES...
At 325 AM EST, National Weather Service radar thunderstorms with
periods of heavy rain continue to move across the warned area. Up to
four inches of rain have already fallen. The threat for flash
flooding will continue to increase through the early morning hours
as additional showers and thunderstorms move across the area.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the
warned area through 630 AM EST.
