Northwestern Blanco County in south central Texas... Eastern Gillespie County in south central Texas... * Until 1245 AM CDT * At 809 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fredericksburg, Stonewall, Blowout, Eckert, Cain City, Willow City and Rocky Hill. Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the warned area. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
