Northeastern Kinney County in south central Texas... Northwestern Uvalde County in south central Texas... South central Edwards County in south central Texas... Southwestern Real County in south central Texas... * Until 215 PM CDT * At 1114 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of moderate to localized showers and isolated thunderstorms affecting areas across the Rio Grande Plains and Edwards Plateau, especially those above mentioned. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen the last three hours. Flash flooding may be occurring or about to happen over some of these areas as showers continue and more to come within the next few hours. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Camp Wood, Barksdale and Montell. Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in some parts of the warned area. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
