The National Weather Service in Dodge City has issued a High Wind
Warning, which is in effect until 5 AM CDT early this morning. 

* TIMING...Through 5 AM. 

* WINDS...West winds gusting to near 70 mph. 

* IMPACTS...Widespread wind damage to trees. Minor structural
  damage may occur. Limited visibiity in blowing dust. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
