  Northeastern Crawford County in northwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 430 PM EDT.
    
* At 351 PM EDT, a large and extremely dangerous tornado was located
  near Guys Mills, or 7 miles east of Meadville, moving east at 45
  mph.

  This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris 
           may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile 
           homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to 
           homes#commaOrEllipsis()businesses#commaOrEllipsis()and 
           vehicles is likely and complete destruction is possible.

* The tornado will be near...
  Titusville around 415 PM EDT.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 PM EDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN CRAWFORD COUNTY...
    
At 407 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles west of Titusville, or 16 miles north of Oil
City, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
