At 324 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Riceville, or 17 miles east of Meadville, moving 
east at 35 mph. There is a second severe thunderstorm capable of 
producing a tornado near Venango, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. This storm has had a history of 
         damaging tornadoes in Crawford County.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
