Westside, and moving east at 15 mph.

  IMPACT...All outdoor activities should cease. Move indoors

Excessive cloud to ground lightning is occurring. Avoid using metal
equipment and keep distance from objects such as irrigation systems,
poles, fences and trees. Livestock and outdoor pets are particularly
vulnerable in open fields and should be taken into shelters if time
permits.
