...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN LIVINGSTON AND
NORTHEASTERN ALLEGANY COUNTIES...

At 411 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Ossian and 
Canaseraga, moving east at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Dansville, Ossian, Canaseraga, Ossian Center and Swain. 

This includes Interstate 390 between exits 4 and 5.
