  Southeastern Wayne County in western New York...
  Cayuga County in central New York...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 212 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm producing 
  very heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected 
  to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Clyde, Weedsport, Conquest, Savannah, Port Byron, Meridian and
  South Butler.

This includes Interstate 90 near exit 40.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

SOUTHEASTERN WAYNE AND CAYUGA COUNTIES...

At 400 PM EDT, the storm that caused the heavy rain has moved out of 
the area. However, creeks and rivers will continue to rise across 
the area. Additional storms will also continue to be possible this 
evening. 

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
