Deepening low pressure will pass to the north of Lake Ontario on
Friday, with a trailing cold front crossing the region between late
Friday afternoon and early Friday evening. A brief period of
strong winds remains possible out ahead of the cold front Friday
afternoon, when wind gusts may reach as high as 55 mph.

today...with a few of the storms possibly becoming strong enough to
produce some strong to potentially damaging wind gusts this afternoon
and early this evening..

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Deepening low pressure will pass to the north of Lake Ontario on
Friday, with a trailing cold front crossing the region between late
Friday afternoon and early Friday evening. A brief period of strong
winds remains possible out ahead of the cold front Friday afternoon,
when wind gusts may reach as high as 55 mph along and northeast of
Lake Erie, and to as high as 45 mph further inland.
