The Red Flag Warning covers portions of the upper Ranchlands and interior sections of Deep South Texas through 7 pm this evening. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Elevated danger for erratic wildfire behavior will continue each afternoon through the period due to varying combinations of gusty winds, low relative humidity, and dry to very dry grasses and brush. There is an elevated risk for rip currents on Tuesday with additional rip currents risks possible Thursday through the up coming weekend. Strong gusty winds will be possible late this week and into this upcoming weekend.
