  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Harlingen, Raymondville, La Feria, Santa Rosa, Lyford, Palm Valley,
  Los Indios, Lasara, Rangerville and Santa Maria.

NORTHWESTERN CAMERON AND WESTERN WILLACY COUNTIES...

At 312 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated light to moderate rainfall 
across the warned area. Additional heavy rainfall is possible 
through the early morning hours. Flash flooding is likely to begin 
soon if not already occurring.
