Wednesday through Thursday Night...

Another strong cold front will cross the region Wednesday night. Along
with much colder air, westerly winds will become gusty again. Starting
early Thursday into the afternoon winds could gust around 35 to 40 mph.

During the overnight hours into early morning both Wednesday night into
Thursday and Thursday night into Friday, a combination of frost or
freeze headlines will be needed for portions of Southern New England.
