  Southwestern Susquehanna County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Bradford County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Wyoming County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 530 PM EDT.
  
* At 229 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated another round of 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Some 
  areas of Bradford, Wyoming and Susquehanna counties have already 
  seen up to 2.5 inches of rain this morning. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Rush, Wilmot, Hollenback, Mehoopany, Wyalusing, Meshoppen,
  Forkston, Laceyville, New Albany and Rushville.

Flash flooding was reported earlier today around New Albany 
township, including flooding of the library and Route 220. Flash 
flooding of small streams, creeks and developed areas is likely to 
redevelop this afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN SUSQUEHANNA...SOUTHEASTERN BRADFORD AND NORTHWESTERN
WYOMING COUNTIES...

At 411 PM EDT, Doppler radar continued to show periods of moderate 
to heavy rain passing through the warned area. Emergency management 
in Bradford county had reported extensive flooding throughout New 
Albany. Several bridges have been overtopped, and flood waters were 
affecting the library and Post Office. Ladds Creek was flooding 
these areas in town. Additional rain into this evening will continue 
to cause flooding.

Some locations that will experience flooding include... 
Rush, Wilmot, Hollenback, Mehoopany, Wyalusing, Meshoppen, Forkston, 
Laceyville, New Albany and Rushville.
