  Southeastern La Crosse County in west central Wisconsin...

* Until 330 AM CDT.

* At 134 AM CDT, Doppler radar estimates and observations indicate 
  anywehere from 3 to locally 8 inches has already fallen. Flash 
  flooding is occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Southern La Crosse, Goose Island, Newburg Corners, Barre Mills, 
  Norskedalen, Mount La Crosse.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
