At 549 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clustered near Johnsburg,
or 15 miles east of Speculator, moving east southeast at 20 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.
This storm will be near...
Warrensburg around 630 PM EDT.
Other locations impacted by this storm include Garnet Lake, Thurman,
Thurman Station, Girards Sugarbush, Knowelhurst, Bakertown, Stony
Creek Station, High Street, Stony Creek and Athol.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES...
At 610 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Rogers Rock Campground to near
Huletts Landing to near Bolton Landing. Movement was east
southeast at 30 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these storms.
These storms will be near...
Whitehall around 625 PM EDT.
Comstock and West Haven around 635 PM EDT.
Hartford around 640 PM EDT.
Granville around 655 PM EDT.
Other locations impacted by these storms include Shelving Rock,
Cleverdale, South Bay, Big Hollow, Middle Granville, Chipman Point,
Low Hampton, Wright, Putnam Station and North Granville.
This Includes Interstate 87 near exit 22.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

10 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you
