At 1100 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 8 miles west of Saint Paul, moving northeast at 30 mph.
It appears that the storm may have produced a tornado near the
Madison and Washibngton County line as we briefly noted what
appeared to be debris in the radar data.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
