BEAVERHEAD AND SOUTHWESTERN GALLATIN COUNTIES UNTIL 300 PM MDT...

At 207 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 12 miles northeast of Gilmore to 16 miles south
of Alder to 14 miles northwest of Crescent Lake. Movement was east at
35 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Dillon, Virginia City, Ennis, Lima, Alder, Dell, Grant, Beaverhead
Rock State Park, Jeffers, Laurin, Cameron and Clark Canyon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
